At V Cube Fitness, we are committed to delivering high-value fitness and wellness experiences for our clients. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programs or services.


1. Free Webinars & Events

Our current webinar, “Fat Loss Made Doable,” is completely free. Since no payment is involved, no refund is applicable.


2. Paid Programs & Services (If Applicable)

For future paid offerings, including fitness coaching, digital programs, meal plans, or memberships:

Non-Refundable Services

Once a paid program begins or digital content is delivered (including downloadable materials or access to a members area), no refunds will be issued.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Personalized workout plans

  • Custom diet consultations

  • Challenge-based programs

  • Recorded training modules


3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only if:

  • You were charged twice for the same service

  • You purchased a program but did not receive access within 72 hours and raised a support ticket

In such cases, contact us at support@vcubefitness.com within 3 days of your purchase, with proof of payment and issue details.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if applicable), please email us at support@vcubefitness.com with the subject line:
Refund Request – [Your Name + Program Name]

We aim to respond within 3-5 business days.


5. Payment Disputes

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from all our programs and communities.


6. Policy Changes

V Cube Fitness reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Please review it before making any future purchases.
